Today involves so many cooking skills and techniques learning how to make a really good Lasagne.  From making a beautiful beef bolognaise base, to creating your own white (bechamel) sauce and then layering them together with fresh lasagne sheets and cheese.  We might have a chance to create some garlic bread too….
